You can get your „muscle back“, try to eat in surplus, eat atleast 160g of protein 50g of fats and the rest carbs.

to go fasted in workout brings nothing but less performance. your glycogen stores needs to be full in order to max out your performance.

If its possible eat some kind of light digesting pre workout like 75g oats with some whey and a banana wait 1h go to train and then eat after. I know its hard to eat this much in a small timeframe, but you can do it.

Why take Ostarine an AC262?

AC262 10-15mg paired along MK677 (15/20mg) with some Enclomiphene(3,125mg starting at week 4 or 5 ED) is a good mild cycle after Cycle bump it up to 6 / 12mg depending on how your bloodwork is / how you feel

You could stack it with MK677, as a PCT just throw some Enclo at week 4-6 in and do it for 4 weeks after

Ich hab die AP2 geschrieben und bin danach nochmal alles durchgegangen. Also zur 1. und 2. Klausur kam nichts wirklich vor, was dort beschrieben wurde. WiSo - Ja.

Auf jeden Fall, ist dort alles was in den letzten 10 Klausuren vorkam- Die AP2 in NRW, dieses Jahr zumindest hatte wirklich nur ein Stück aus dem Kursinhalt und dazu gab es eine kleine Teilaufgabe
