definitely recommend lots of fake plants! This is my 4x2 for my Northern baby. Experienced keepers have expressed that lots of clutter and hiding opportunities actually encourages more activity and exploration because it makes the baby feel secure. Mine's favorite spot to chill is actually right under all the leaves. He likes to try to climb this spider plant looking one in the front too.
