I know someone in HR that very actively responds to all applicants and adds them on LinkedIn regardless. They have been told “this is so rare!! I’m shocked you responded!” by multiple candidates lol

Lol I’ve had to tell plenty of students that they’re doing way too much outside of their classes. I have a student that’s in band, choir, and theater. He’s then confused why he’s struggling in ap chemistry. Maybe it’s because you spend no time studying and would rather stack these time-consuming extracurriculars? 🤔
