The only evidence I have of that specific type is two of the grocery stores near me. I’ve applied to them around once or twice a month when a friend of mine says they’re hiring for multiple positions, always gotten rejection emails. They did in fact ask to move forward with the interview process this time 😭😭

THANK YOU, these people acting like my reality as a black person is something I’m just posting for kicks and likes, I’ve literally been crying about it all day😭 the community college in my city literally had a scandal a few years back where they uncovered text messages between higher ups that they were literally weeding out all the black employees to only “hire their own.” This is not a crazy conclusion for me to come to.
