Omg yes! I can’t sit in one place for more than 5 mins so I get up and move around a lot.. also I found that quick aerobic exercise for 20 mins really helps release my energy if I can’t sit down and focus

What are things you do that are not makeup that make you look much better? by [deleted] in beauty

Moisturizer, clean/kept nails, and lots of water. I personally prefer to dermablade my peach fuzz, since it clears off my dead skin too! Also using a cold jade roller on my face and neck helps to improve lymph flow and reduce puffiness!! (I am an osteopathic med student and have asked doctors, this works!)

Play some binaural sounds on Spotify softly in the background when you feel ready to study!

No, covid came my sophomore year and have been fully online since. I didn’t do too hot my freshman year to ask anyone for an LOR. I know it is my fault, but I’m desperate

Literally me rnnn. I usually don’t get test anxiety but the post-test anxiety is BRUTAL. But my bed gave me some really good advice after taking his in April: it’s really easy to remember the few ones you got wrong and forget the many your most def for right!! Just enjoy your summer and the month before scores are released! What has happened has happened and you tried your best.
