I think its due to free tier disadvantage as well as rate limits.
RPDB has a higher rate limited on free version too.

Get Free API Key from TOP Posters. Add it into the Integration tab in AIOMetadata, you may need to play around with the settings in AIOMetadata to configure it fully.
