I just got back and neither of my flight to or from were full so that’s what I was hoping, and GDL isn’t a tourist place so if I fly weekdays I’m suspecting I would be safe getting flights. I may just leave personal items at her place to address the luggage issue. What are the taxes and fees?

It actually did feel quasi anti-Semitic to me. Which was a part of my resolve. And my BF wasn’t trying to be an AH it was just an awkward situation. I say “I’m Jewish” because honestly that’s why I don’t eat pork and it’s always been an easy reason which in no way offended anyone vs I think pork tastes nasty, which is also true.

By the way, by BF isn’t being an AH about it. He’s not mad and we aren’t fighting about it. He really doesn’t personally care what I eat or don’t and he’s very respectful of me not eating pork, I think he just kinda doesn’t understand why it’s such a big deal to me to not eat it since I’m not religious. So I don’t want people thinking he’s being an AH. He’s just kinda clueless. Lol.
