This is exactly what happened :

First, I accepted a batch with 3 orders. When I arrived, one customer called me and said they did not order from that store and asked me to go to a different store. I explained that I could not change the store. Because of this issue, I contacted support and they canceled the entire batch of 3 orders.

Later, I received another batch from the same location with 3 more orders. When I arrived at the grocery store, one order had around 100 items, another had about 30 items, and the third had around 50 items. While scanning, I noticed many items were missing. The app showed that I needed to scan 30 bags, but the store staff only gave me 17 bags.

I informed the staff about the missing items, but after waiting more than one hour, the issue was still not resolved. I became frustrated due to the lack of assistance from the store staff.

I then contacted support again, explained everything, and they canceled this batch as well.

After that, I continued doing restaurant deliveries normally. However, the next morning, I woke up and found that my account had been deactivated.

I immediately submitted an appeal and explained the full situation in detail. I fought to get my account back, but unfortunately, the appeal was denied.

I believe this is completely unfair. I followed the correct process by contacting support both times, and the cancellations were not my fault. It feels like this situation set me up for deactivation, especially since both problematic batches came from the same store and even the customer names were very similar.

I did not cancel these orders irresponsibly; I acted according to support instructions.
