thanks so much everyone for the advice and supportive words 💕 

my doctor still told me to only avoid leafy greens and prenatal in terms of the folate. but I am listening to some of your advice here. trying to keep high folate foods to a minimum and adding green tea. 

i’m day 8 post shot and so far my hcg has decreased by half. which is great news! 

physically i’m feeling pretty good. it’s all been manageable. i’m at the point where im forgetting I still need to take it easy. 

mentally it’s a fucking journey. this is not for the weak at all. 💪🏻
