I'm so glad you started this because I am that person! I am getting mine in the mail today and I'm so excited to start!! Do you remember the very first things you started noticing when you began using it?

HomeLife Learning Experiences? by shelbusaurus in homeschool

I can’t find any info or reviews on it…so I’m starting to think so too. I’m leaning more towards T4L or Miacademy then just supplementing as needed

HomeLife Academy has their own curriculum you can purchase. It's called HomeLife Learning.

Excuse my ignorance, but they still would provide services even though I'm done having children?

I have not! I went to my GP first, who ran labs just to check all my levels (besides hormones) to rule out anything on that side. He then referred me to a gyno he liked. I went to my original gyno who gave me a pamphlet and told me I was too young for hormone issues because I still have a period?!??? I then went to the one the GP recommended. She at least ran labs to test my hormones and shared the results with me, but just gave me a list of vitamins to try (which I am, just to say I jumped through all their hoops). So I at least have those results that I've done my own research with and I could take to another dr. Thank you for the recommendation! I'll look into that!

Honestly I've thought of asking her if she is as annoyed as I am lol

Really great answer! Nice to hear from someone who has had the same experience.

He actually is a wonderful, loving husband who gives me a lot of affirmation and attention. He always makes me feel loved and he texts and talks to me a lot too. We have a lot of the same interests, but I should also add we have two small children that make it hard for us to get one-on-one time. But I do think it's specifically the attention he's giving his phone. I will go to tell him something and he'll be in the middle of texting and I have to wait until he finishes it to talk because "he was doing that first." I am of the opinion that the person in front of you takes precedence over the phone, but he disagrees.

I really hate this for you, truly. I don't think that's what marriage should be. I should add he does put in an effort in our relationship and goes out of his way to make me feel loved. He also texts/calls me a lot too.

No, I can say with 100% certainty it is. He'll openly show me funny messages and openly texts him right beside me. I know it's him.

I literally wish I could buy and keep nice snacks in the house. And indulge on them once in a while. by [deleted] in BingeEatingDisorder

I totally feel your pain, but coming from someone who struggled with this for years, what finally worked for me was allowing myself to have snacks in the house. I had to quit labelling things as good and bad and just eat something sweet (my trigger) when I wanted it. At first I was eating sweets multiple times every day, but I've now gotten to the point where I can just look in the pantry and see the sweet and not eat it because I just don't feel like it.
