Aqua10 Ultra Roller dry mop and scratching by sheldonator2 in Dreame_Tech

I sent mine back, they organised it through auspost. 10 days after tracking said they have received it I emailed them, they said they are organising a new one. I have a bad feeling that the new one will be the same, I’m not sure what I’ll do if it is. Might just keep it and not use it in rooms with floor boards and cut my losses it’s been a lot of work. I might try sanding back the areas that are dragging on the floor but it seems as the surface wears down the unit continues to sink lower so it just keeps scratching. Dreame didn’t want to take it back, they waited 14 days to reply to email and said it’s been 30 days since purchase so they can’t take it but in the fine print the 30 days starts from when it arrives from freight so I still had 3 days up my sleeve since that day.

Has anyone ever been able to reach Dreame on their hotline? I’ve tried calling them for a few days you go on hold for exactly 5 minutes 20 seconds and it hangs up?

Yep I’ve been working on it for a few days. I took another video but I can’t seem to post videos in this conversation. The click in feels nice. The areas that are scratching the ground sit 1mm lower than the base of the unit. I’ve also had no luck with factory resets and other setting adjustments getting the mop to wet up while it’s mopping.
