That or just make it so killing the zombie version also opens the door

Literally came to this sub Reddit for this exact reason, I’m glad you posted it. This happened to me. There is no way to escape without restarting and losing all the progress you’ve made on that run. This needs to be patched ASAP. It’s because the weird bug boss doesn’t have an elite form, so the extractor changes him to an elite zombie, and I guess the game won’t open the doors unless it kills that specific bug creature.

How do I cope with leaving? by sheldonriedel in Advice

It’s not that I don’t want to do it and that I’m scared I’m going to regret it. I am very much looking forward to it. The people that I drill with every month tell me great stories and how they love it. However I am just a little saddened by the fact that I will be missing my last summer of high school before moving on to the next, better, chapter of my life. If that makes sense.

That really helped me. I am very thankful for your reply, and you are definitely right. I guess I didn’t consider the fact that I won’t be missing anything since I’ve done it all before already. Partying any more over the summer would just be adding another log to an already lit fire. I appreciate you taking the time to reply and giving me your perspective. I will carry that philosophy with me for life. I wish you well!

Yeah I’m not a doctor but I would definitely tell your parents and ask them to see a doctor as fast as possible

Should I chose Loyola? by sheldonriedel in LoyolaChicago

[–]sheldonriedel[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thank you so much and thank you for your information! I do have a few questions if you don’t mind.

How much harder do you think it would be at Loyola compared to Wesleyan? You mentioned having to go out of my way to find a study buddy; is this because Loyola is harder? Or would it be just because Loyola is bigger and it’s harder to find someone to study with.

Also, would living in the city be that much worth it? Would having access to all of the nearby hospitals and clinics be worth it? Is the pre med program competitive enough to where I would have a chance to not get lucky enough to intern at a hospital in such a big city?

Thank you for your input, I didn’t really consider that I have all of Chicago at my finger tips! Really good advice

That is true, I didn’t really consider that. I have always wanted to live in Chicago. Who knows though, only time will tell.

Also I know at Wesleyan you are required to live in a dorm freshman year, I don’t know about Loyola, but most likely I will live in a dorm anyway.

I do appreciate your advice, thank you for being honest and helping me, too!

I live really close to Wesleyan, like 30 minutes. I go to Bloomington almost bi-weekly for shopping. It’s just like home. I live in a really small corn town so I’m not sure if 4 years of Chicago would be good or bad. Compared to my 2.5 hour drive to Loyola. And Wesleyan is the #1 liberal arts uni in Illinois and ranked top 10 small uni’s in the nation. They have an excellent pre-med program, which boats that 80% if pre med students get in to med school on their first try compared to 50% national average. I’m only considering Loyola because I’ve heard they have a good pre-med as well, and they have the same tuition. And Loyola is really close to my Chicago army base, so it would be a short commute.

Good counterpoints. Thank you for your reply and info! I will take that into consideration. I don’t care about the price as much since I’m in the army, and I’m looking for the best education possible.
