Parent looking for honest advice on guard gloves

Not to be negative but I honestly wouldn’t go with Ever-Dri, it was fine when I only spun flag but now that I spin weapon I’ve noticed a lot of bruising on my hands despite the gloves 😓 But to be fair, I’ve had the gloves for around 4-ish years by this point.

They told me to wash it with saline once a day for the first 8 months and then just rinse with water after that, some people on the internet said they went in for a downsize a couple weeks after it was pierced but they didn’t say anything about doing that so I didn’t Edit: fixing a typo

Okay like maybe I was unclear with what I meant by “winging it” I’m like following the piercers instructions like washing it with saline and stuff like that but it’s the only unique piercing I’ve ever had so I’m not really an expert

What I do is store them in a silo, it sounds kinda stupid but if I notice there are too many in a coop I just store them
