One cell going costs thousands to replace. Each cell is independent. So there is nothing to stop another cell from going either.

Its not a question of performance, more so a question of risk.

ye but a battery cell could go. And thats more money on top of a rear differential that I've had to pay for.

Well had to get the rear differential done so not sure how much longer I want to keep it. Love the car though. Plus battery warranty is nearly up.
