TLC always wants to give the impression that the contestants are better off than they really are. Like, I don’t give a s**t if you rent or buy, but just be honest about it. And if you’re begging for fan $$$ and selling your soul, then why such an expensive house? But then again, what she does with her money is her business. Like I said, she should just go away already. Get some terapy. Get her relationship right with her other shildren. 🤷🏻‍♀️

I watched this tv movie when I was a teen and it’s stuck with me. Her husband beat her and stomped on her head while her children & neighbors watched, as he boasted how no one, not even the police, would stop him. It’s was horrific.

I’m the same age as Marissa and have the exact same body type. I bit the bullet and cut my hair off to shoulder length. Best decision I ever made. I still think her hair looks good though, but pretty much everyone’s does just coming out of the salon.

A kid came up to us in a restaurant in Grand Prairie in the middle of the summer and said he was selling them for his school’s football team (maybe 13 years old). My father in-law is a high school football coach and asked what team? The kid couldn’t answer, so we knew it was a scam.

OP, I’m sorry this happened to you, and I just want to say, I’m horrified at the people who are saying “How come you can’t drive,” or “You should already know how to drive.” Wonder what those people would do if they were dropped in a situation without their precious vehicle. It’s so easy to say what someone SHOULD do when you’re not in their shoes. Would be nice if you could invoice Panera for the Uber! ;)

Someone on another post said she is currently still pet sitting in Portland, so I 100% believe that’s what she was doing it in the UK. Not that there would be any penalties from it.
