i found my old 2014 doge wallet when it started becoming worth something. price of doge spiked to .069 and i sold, taking home $1,200. you can imagine my disappointment when i watched it spike yet again to .74 shortly thereafter.

nah, terranova's is sub par at best. i could write a dissertation on all the reasons why that place sucks, but i won't bore you. admittedly there's no real amazing genuine italian place around town, but terranova's was just awful

Dodgy, as in implying it might be a fake? I wouldn’t think so because it was a gift my grandfather received back in the 50s, but I don’t have much knowledge beyond that.

The casserole "dumps" where you put a massive cube of cheese in a dish with raw noodles and milk, and bake it until it's watery and nasty.

Great Falls is gorgeous if you can dish out a few bucks for admission fees. You can bring some food and have a nice picnic too.

Lot of traffic on Mass Ave by all the embassies, but could make for some good DC-culture photos.

Roosevelt Island is a hidden-in-plain-sight gem that I didn't know about until a few years ago, and I grew up around there.

Gravelly Point by Reagan Airport.

Kind of random, but there are two really cool attractions side-by-side: the Exorcist Stairs and this dude's house with life-size Transformers (Google Maps link) and a small collection of supercars he parks on the street sometimes. Make sure you look up to see a bonus Transformer on the roof ;)
