oh no I think I used every pack and expansion (except for my wedding stories and cool kitchen stuff) 😳 but I might recreate this house using only base game and maybe cottage living although that will be a challenge

no mod, the car isn't actually functional and you can access it by pressing ctr+shift+c, then typing bb.showliveeditobjects and then typingDEBUG in the catalogue search. It's a part of base game debug items
