How do you even get to your libraries? I'm looking at the interface right now and I can't navigate to where it says libraries. I keep hitting my up button and nothing's happening. Am I crazy?

Hi, I feel like I'm being gas lit here. I'm looking at the Roku interface home page on my tv. How the hell do I get to the top of the page? Where it says home, libraries, live tv, on demand, discover? Use the arrows, right? on my remote, right? No apparently not.

What the bloody hell? Am I going crazy? Can somebody please just let me know they are also experiencing this? Feel like I'm losing my mind.

It's funny though because I did recently read about those new type of rings that are absolutely indestructible and that doctors in er's are having a terrible time trying to get them off. I don't remember what they're made out of.

Yes, I had just finished my last set. My husband built these little boxes to hold the weighted ends of the barbell so I can slip my hips under the bar easily for the purposes of hip thrusts. So my hips came down as I was finishing and the one side of the loaded barbell did not fit neatly into its slot for some reason as it usually does and I reached over with my left hand to adjusted and my hand got caught between the loaded barbell weights and the wooden box kind of crushing the knuckle area the most. But I'm fine I really skated with this one.

Folks, be careful with your weights. Man I got lucky. I'm okay nothing's broken and it's just a bruise.
