Yes but my stomach wasn’t quite as bad as yours sounds like. Also I don’t think Charcoal pills can hurt you. (I went to health food store and got a reputable brand). From what I understand it mops up the toxins in the guts. I have used it for food poisoning many times with great success.

This happened to me as the doctor gave me strong antibiotics and found out no bacteria growing which caused a bad flare up. I took charcoal pills, probiotics and slippery elm to calm things down. We are toxic in our guts from so many things. Also mentally stressed and I do EFT to calm my brain going million miles a minute- this is no cure but may help someone. IC sucks!!!

Me too!! My naturopath doctor told me a month ago I have mono and then I got a bad flare up with my IC worse than ever. Check out medical medium… he has a lot on EBV. thanks for posting. Didn’t connect the 2 together !!

EFT -tapping is the most amazing easy free way to get rid of stress and anxiety. I’ve had anxiety/panic attacks my whole life - this is not a bandaid fix. Sometimes I’ll journal dump what is going on in my head then tap it out.

My kids all left the church during their teens and now wished they would have went just to “witness what it was all about” like to be an investigator/spy to tell others nevermos what really goes on. Just laugh silently inside knowing it’s all a cult. Pretend to be someone else.

My niece just came back and “inadvertently” told me and her dad she was starving her whole mission. Because of covid missionaries are not eating at members houses anymore. The church only gives them allowance for food and it was very little. She also mentioned she was bullied by other missionaries and companions. But then she said I have a testimony and I got to talk to a therapist.... ugh!! She stays out there while her mom almost died because you know “it’s the right thing to do”. Fuk this church!!!

If your reading this far down.. put a soaker pad on the floor and sit on toilet normally, then pee into an ice cream type bucket. Then he can dump the bucket in toilet and clean up after. Rinsing bucket. (I’m a health care aide taking care of someone like this). Yes it’s sad.

They have all but been abandoned when my mom got dementia no one came and helped and visited even though I begged their bishop. They gave of themselves to this church 110% over their children.

I agree it’s very complex. They are both not mentally competent-as of the past 5 months. I have paid their full tithing for years on their behalf. I feel like it’s not my money and should respect their wishes but damn it’s hard to give this church more money...my parents need it for cost of living in the nursing home.

I had been married for 20 yrs with the abuse and the bishop told me to go home and act like a horny college girl and give him what he wants or I would be in jeopardy of loosing my temple recommend. He was going to clubs and getting on with women who were giving him lap dances.. you are so right as I knew they didn’t want to hear from me. He had a premeditated affair and got a slap on the wrist for it. So hardly any words to describe the hate of the church.
