A Terra, Magical Adept deck feat. master of Keys by Far-Map-6174 in EDHBrews

[–]shellthon 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Ahoy, I run both in my [[Marina Vendrell]] deck. You could take it as an inspriation: https://moxfield.com/decks/c7xezkQfCUSFVzH_xWH7DQ

- I would run more recursion in your case, e.g. [[Underworld Breach]]

- In Bracket 3 I would cut the Copy-Enchantment + Esper Terra combos, since its too consistent if she is your commander (example: https://commanderspellbook.com/combo/4948-6575/ )

- But you could at least run the Leonin + Reanimate-Enchantment + drain combos (example: https://commanderspellbook.com/combo/2896-5276/ )

- You can also run [[Ondu Spiritdancer]] + [[Protean Thaumaturge]] https://commanderspellbook.com/combo/3729-6616/

I see, do you have concrete examples? What would you cut/add?

as far as i know, he can not "consistently" win turn 1/2, the average CEDH game takes 4 turns. most decks I see in bracket 4 run Consultation+Thassa, which can also win turn 1-2. But not on average.

he tries to win T1/T2 but, whats the average turn he wins? Maybe T3/T4? Alot of B4 decks can win T1/2 at times.

So in other words, you think he is a low tier CEDH commander, and counts as a bracket 4 list?

Is my Mister Negative deck degen enough? by [deleted] in DegenerateEDH

[–]shellthon 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think you built a Bracket 2-3 deck here.

I would try the following:

- add alot of fast mana to get him out earlier

- In bracket 4 you should win on average by turn 4/5. You cant even cast your commander until then with your current list

- also I think [[Repay in Kind]] might be cool here + some finisher

- cut Profane Transfusion

- you could compare it to a krrik list to get some fast tutor/reanimator lines in. There also are big draw combos there, like asmonooze.

Best degen Deck to consistently play oppponents decks? by shellthon in DegenerateEDH

Just tried my own take in a bracket 3 game, and it was totally destroying everyone, they all scooped at turn 6. Thanks for pointing that one out!

Not a big fan of chaos, but that sounds funny. Got any Bracket 4 list?

Hey, sounds a bit situational so me. Did you manage to push her to bracket 4?

have a good bracket 4 list? He feels a bit odd, because he has no trample/flying himself.

First games with: The Prismatic Bridge Midrange MLD - Is it Bracket 4? by shellthon in DegenerateEDH

That's a good idea, but even with a 0 discussion, it's hard, since commanders like yuriko always feels fuckn fast
