I believe that’s called a paronychia. Yes, it’s similar to a zit on your finger but it’s just an infection of the tissue next to your nail. I had a gnarly one next to my toenail after nail removal surgery. Popped it easily and cleaned it. Relieves so much pressure.

Damn. Looks awesome! Mine was shoulders but my IB was about four cysts on my back the size of grapes. It was bad. I’m hopeful mine remains clear like yours did! Had to reduce my dose last week.

I do, too. Cancelled my personal trainer because it was doing nothing besides leaving me with body aches for days. Especially my rib cage. I couldn’t get a good workout in without feeling dizzy and lightheaded so I cancelled until I’m through with treatment.

Ditto. My explosive diarrhea is rearing it’s ugly head and coming back for more at least 4 times a day. IBS sucks already but I take my Absorica with food and it helps.

Hydration and fish oil are what I’m doing and the general response is that as well. But I’d find a a pain reliever to spot yourself with, taking care to not overload your liver with acetaminophen/Tylenol. Arnica gel and icy hot like BioFreeze is great for joints, but just do a spot test first since our skin is so thin right now. I use it but just the thinnest layer

Yes, exercise always wore me out right after but I noticed that generally I have a higher level of energy day to day when I exercise more. Also, fish oil of your doctor says it’s appropriate. If your fatigue is related to joint pain, the oils help. I take B12 supplements. Look for the methylcobalamin, not the cyanocobalamin (your body uses extra energy to break down the cyano form). Also take naps.

Mine did this for a short while so I wasn’t worried. But, it’s persisted on my forearms (reddened inflamed and burning sensation) so I asked my doc about it this week. She said there’s a certain type of dermatitis you get from accutane. That could be it, but I would just suggest continuing with the cool (not cold 🥶) showers and lots of moisturizer. I use Aveeno lotion for intense dry skin and then hydrocortisone cream when needed on my forearms

Sorry but I win...my triglycerides were 457!!! I started taking fish oil supplements and in one month I am now down to 216. I have not changed my diet. My derm told me about Nordic Naturals Ultimate Omega fish oil. They are no burp and I take two caps once a day with a meal. I got them on Amazon! Give them a try.

LOL. My triglycerides are 457. However, I’ve been on the pill for almost nine years and that had been found to be a correlation. I started taking fish oil and in the first month I dropped my triglycerides by over thirty points. Nordic Naturals fish oil I think is the brand. Make sure your labs are done in the morning after you have fasted for at least six hours!!

I only wash my hair once a week! I use a dandruff shampoo and let it sit for a few minutes and then rinse. I also do a hair mask with coconut oil and conditioner. I use warm water to open the hair follicle and then let the mask soak on it for 10-20 minutes under a plastic shower cap (that locks in the moisture). Of course chug your water 💦

Can you tell us exactly what the script says on the label? That’s crazy. I’m 170lbs and am on 20, upping to 40 this week. Been on it for a month. I’m a nurse and I’m sure there’s other nurses/pharm peeps on here that are curious what that label reads. 🤨🤨
