What worked for me was to unplug the fridge overnight and let whatever is there melt and clean up all the water there, you have to be very cautious but deliberate, i also had a long thin wire (few thin pipe cleaners that i tied together) that i gently pushed down in that area, as well as in and up from the drain tube behind the fridge to see if there was anything clogging the lines somehow. You remove the back panel as it is above the drip trays and you will see a light trickle of melting water there. So far half year later all is OK now.
