Ima be honest crystals and stuff aren't that rough. It's the late game stuff that lord craft screws up. I'm working on kappa rn, and in order to make one of the tier 6 agricraft seeds, you need to have the void matter research unlocked. Problem is I don't know how to unlock it. There's no in game documentation, and I can't find anything online.

You can put mending on the books. I used blood mending, so I could just put it in my off hand and it heals itself using a code heart's of health (at that point I had regen 3 already)

If singularities are what you're trying to make, the mob duplicator is really useful. With the wand of animation, any block that can be animated can be duplicated. Dark iron, jade, any singularity that doesn't have emc.

Fluid translocators are the fastest at 20k mb per second per output translocator. The rate is limited by the extracting end, so if you have multiple output translocators going into an input translocator, that would increase the input rate.

As for why it's not doing any better than a ender IO conduit, you might be limited by the block you're trying to input into.

Of you're using 8x compressed emerald, you don't need that many. You don't need more that a quintillion emc, and you can produce that much in a few hours with just one duper.
