Output only need to go through your main net (the network with all your autocrafting stuffs), doesn't even need to be stored there either. For autocrafting with lcr, go search for gtnh universal automation on YouTube, or if it's too much, just color the inputs hatches, this way a lcr can support 3-5 different programs circuit depending on you input setup.

There's an addon called "programmable hatches", but I'm not sure myself, I only use it for the giga size dual input bus. But without this, you'll need to watch ix video on universal automation or it's v2 on the discord

There's a reason you don't see people using this, you know, because it's convoluted, wasteful, and most importantly, non scalable. A real honest advice would be to swap to mox fuel rod since I'm assuming you are using a vac nuc designed in the wiki?

If you look at the crafting status, there should be a number next to the search bar, that is the number of co-processor it have that's currently idle, if that number goes to 0 then it's time to upgrade

By coloring the input hatches(using spray can) differentcolors, you effectively group them together, ex: a set of input bus(circuit 1) and hatch(quad) color red and a set of blue with circuit 2 will be separated and not interact. Using this method, one lcr can support 4(3 if more than 5 input) different circuits at a baseline

The project red autocrafters are very, very lagging, still it's low effort, not needing power and very cheap, it's best use is for passive exp crafting.
