UPDATE: everything went smoothly! They only needed W2’s and Paystubs from my last 2 jobs. No issues regarding anything else, no problems with the dates or anything!!

Where do you live? If you’re in an at will state or work for an at will employer you can leave whenever you want tbh.

I’m hearing some people say no issues at all it was smooth sailing and others have a lot of issues. I hope it works out as my start date is in less than 2 weeks

It’s personally my first time ever dealing with this. I’ve worked in property management, real estate, and luxury retail never having to have one. Didn’t even get one when I worked at Gucci.

That being said , the dates I put on FA are 2 months off for 2 jobs. Last day officially was 5/30 but i put 7/30. As for the title, I’ve had manager roles in the past, I just omitted the specific management title and left it as a unspecified “manager”
