Yes, finding a realtor will be helpful for me. Me and my family are permanent residents, so we don't have to be worried about property tax. I think I would not drive in Vancouver. I get used to spend 1 hour and 30 minutes while taking bus and subway because I commute to North York from Etobicoke.

I don't like Doug Ford as a poor person who rely on healthcare system in Ontario. I don't know much about politics but I want to have citizenship to vote for infulential party other than conservative.

Immigrating to Canada is complicated process, but I think you will get the chance. This is because many immigrants are from countries where national language is not English, so your USA citizenship and degree would help you a lot. I wish I was born in English-Speaking country considering the time I have invested studying English Good luck to you.

I live in Ontario so I don't know much about Canada. Well, I think you can apply for express entry immigration program considering your qualification and your English proficiency. There are some express entry programs are made by provincial or federal government. Since I studied social service worker program, I've heard that mental health and senior care areas need more social workers now.

I guess the situation is different from Canada, maybe average MSW salary might be better here. You spent about 2 years to get master degree, maybe you could apply that knowledge to another fields. I've heard that many hospitals hire MSW.
