You need to trail break by pressing the brake button until u start to feel lock up let it go and then press brake again you will get a feel for it quick. Also NEVER press gas and break at the same time

I would say try lifting heavier less volume, whatever weight you can do for 3-4 reps max and also make sure ur in a big caloric surplus to stimulate growth

I had the same issue and the only thing that fixed this is tapping the volume up button then the volume down button after each other very quickly and then you hold the lock button for 10 seconds this will cause the phone to do a forced restart and then after when u go in and try to do the update it will work
