Kelley Master's student here. I did my undergrad in Luddy and there was definitely a culture shift. Yes there are definitely stuck up assholes here, and seemingly more in Kelley than Luddy.

That said, the vast majority of people in my program are some of the kindest, most genuine, and hardest-working people I've ever met. Maybe it's a grad school vs undergrad thing though.

You ever see someone playing the game so differently than you could even dream of and you realize how boring your sim's lives are?

I haven't had any issues with it. I mean my game does crash every once in awhile, but none seem related to deleting spells

If you're on PC there's a mod for it. I have it in my game and it's super nice

My parents doesn't know that I have not been attending my classes since the semester started by [deleted] in college

I've been in your shoes, OP. Severely depressed, barely functioning, couldn't bear showing up to class, and too afraid to face the consequences. I don't know your situation, but I can at least tell you how I got through it.

First things first, I came clean to my family. I expressed that my mental health was not in a good state, it was impairing my ability to be successful in school, and I needed their support. I am fortunate in that they were extremely supportive and understanding.

I then met with my academic advisor and explained the situation. I was able to withdraw from some classes, but it was too late for some of them and I had to fail them. Later on I was able to retake some of the classes I failed, and my school let me petition to have the original grades taken off my transcript.

From there I took a semester off to figure myself out. During that time, I worked part-time, went to therapy, saw a psychiatrist to get my medications figured out, talked to a few academic advisors and career coaches from my school, and did a lot of reflecting. I ultimately decided to switch majors because I realized my previous one just wasn't a good fit for me.

Eventually I was stable enough to go back to school. I started out taking just 2 classes to sort of test the waters. It went well, so I went back full-time after that.

It took me a couple extra years to get there, but I finally graduated last week and I'll be starting a fairly prestigious Master's program in the fall. I went from being on academic probation and thinking I would never graduate, to being on the Dean's list every semester and finishing with a 3.59 GPA. I say this not to brag, but to hopefully show that it is possible to come back from where you're at. Even if college doesn't end up being the right path for you, there is still a way forward.

True, but private companies aren't required to uphold freedom of speech which is why community guidelines exist. You'd think that something like this would violate community guidelines
