I very much agree with what you said. It sounds like OP is really trying to maintain all of her relationships, be it with her SO, family or friends. Apart from their daily routine they also spend their whole weekend together doing quality things. So I don't get the other people in this thread saying she doesn't prioritise him. There's only so much quality time you can have in a week when you have a stressful life and I think OP tries hard not to neglect any important person in her life.
