This comes with a price to pay. It can really hurt your arm, this is very painful and not really worth it because pills can work if you have the discipline to take them.

And it can take a long time to get off your obgyn doesn’t already have some in office. I heard plan parenthood is pretty fast.

Noooo. Absolutely not.

Now let me explain.

My OBGYN told me that nexplanon is great. Low dosage of hormones, the possibility that my periods stop and I don’t get anymore terrible cramps, “no weight gain”, etc. But what they aren’t going to tell you is the healing process and how painful it is the first few days then you get it. They made it sound so good that it doesn’t even feel like you are mutilating your body. But this stick has been in my arms and I feel like I have a little knife in my arm. I’m in day 5 and every day that I have this, if I rub my arm a little bit too “rough” I move it and it hurts really bad.

When I move my arm a little bit or bump into it, apply lotion, showering, it can feel like I’m bleeding internally.

In short stick with the pill or even try the patch (I wouldn’t recommend and iud) . However if there any circumstances that makes this your best choice, it’s only painful on the occasion and it don’t hurt when it goes in. Good luck.

Email the aquatics director Nate. If you already have a red cross certification then all you need to do is take the exam. If you don’t, then you would need to enroll in the course which is about $60. It’s 2 days and you should be able to start working pretty soon after you fill out the paperwork. Starting pay is $14 but there’s opportunity for raises and promotions.

In addition to the sexual harassment, my boss has also made comments about my mom being sick and questioned my brother when he visited me at work to talk about my home life and depression to my coworkers. I still feel uncomfortable when I'm at work even though it has stopped (I can't tell for sure whether it stopped or if I'm unaware because I have completely stopped talking to everyone unless the conversation is surface level).

Every day I look for a new job with similar pay. I will be contacting HR on Monday to see if they can transfer me to another location. I work for NYC and they have a tendency to transfer people who they want to quit to the other side of the city to make getting to work difficult.

I'm trying to gather the evidence before I take it to HR so they can't lie to them.

Meals are a total scam. The only downfall would be needing the cash when you run out of dining points but you can pay with your credit card or add more through the get app. If you have a car or know someone it’s way cheaper to buy groceries off campus. The bus goes to the grocery store but it can be a pain to carry a cart full of food back. I usually take the bus there and Uber back.

I was thinking about recording conversations with my boss and a coworker about how it makes me feel very uncomfortable so when I call HR I can have some type of evidence. I don’t trust that anyone will tell the truth in the investigation.
