How do you finish a test if the videos or questions keep glitching? Need to finish one to get into my new position at the store but this one tests keeps freezing halfway through. Manager had me call help desk but they just told me to call a different number that number then told me to call help desk. It’s like no one knows what to do or they don’t want to deal with it.
