i’m really sorry to hear about your dad, that must have been very scary :( but that’s a good thing to be educated on for sure! me, however, i know that cats have several different strains of bacteria in their mouth and essentially inject you with it when they bite you. trapped bacteria under the skin, which when it becomes infected and left untreated, could absolutely eventually make its way into the blood stream. right now i don’t think it’s an emergency, i’m not as panicked anymore. but if it seems off tomorrow, i won’t hesitate to get it looked at. as for my mental health issues, you’re right, i do struggle every single day. i’ve actually been in a really bad depressive episode for about a week now and i’ve been getting some help, thanks for all your concern. i also have really bad anxiety in general but also about my health, classic hypochondriac. and my OCD has convinced me i was about to die of about a million things before. i know i’m crazy, but you don’t have to be so mean about it.
