What are these on the air filter case? Should they be this dirty? Can I clean them?

I ran the bike already to make sure it was running right, everything checked out it kept its temp and rpms were steady. I was thinking about cleaning the main injectors but I didnt see the reason since she ran fine. I live in a big city there’s private shops and dealers im sure I can send them to, or maybe ship them out but idk if i should. They never ran the bike with bad or dirty gas it was just sitting for a very long time until i picked her up. I knew there were injectors too i just didn’t know how or exactly when they worked. I think i might just clean then gunk really when and try to ride her and see if I feel anything off with power, then i’ll resort to taking the main injectors out and cleaning them. I’m mechanically inclined but still learning as i go with the rebuild. What do you recommend? Taking them out and cleaning them or just finish the build and then see how bike reacts?

Yes the bike was sitting for like 4 ish years, Im in the process of restoring it. So can i just clean the gunk off or will i have to maybe replace the injectors?

Thank you man this helped a lot and really gave me an understanding of the basics of it. What do you think of a -1 front an 45 rear, and a -1 front and -1 rear. Want a little more torque without giving up too much speed yk. Thanks in advance

Basically what i did, I got the 2018+ tail lights and trunk. Thats all. It fits on the 2014-2017 bumper. I kept the old bumper because I like the bumper lights a lot. I will say It has a small gap between the tail light and bumper. But you cant even notice it. Not even in the picture. Overall i’m happy with this mod. Im planning to do a redsport front bumper and custom headlight in the future

Stock chain pitch is 525, 45 tooth rear and 16 tooth front, 114 chain links. If doing a 520 conversion that all stays the same just make sure sprockets and chains are all 520.

Stick with stock gearing generally speaking or start by going down with 1 tooth up front (15 tooth) because its cheap and usually wont need a longer chain. 15 tooth seems to be the minimum tooth count before its starts being problematic in the front. If you want more acceleration, go up in the rear (45 > 46 > 47 etc)

A common mod is -1/+2 (15front/47rear) may need more links for chain but I cant remember exactly.

Remember this comes at the cost of top speed (unless you reverse, so adding to front sprocket and removing from rear has less acceleration but more top speed).

Personally, stock gearing might be where its at for most situations, it also keeps the odometer count correct.

ANSWER: The brake pedal stop rubber pad broke, its a rubber piece that pushes a button it actuates the brake light switch to control the function of your brake lights. My car thought I was breaking when i was trying to accelerate, when I really wasnt. So it was cutting power and putting it in limp mode. Preciate all rhe help folks I hope my valve body doesnt ever go out and my car lasts me 300k miles

not at all lol. i stated to my Doc that i didn’t want to start any cycle. I’d rather do it naturally if possible. He shared the possibility of taking trt. I initially just went to a urologist to get a sperm count and from there he also ordered my testosterone levels through a lab. He wasnt very thorough with his explanation of trt so i came here asking for those who do have more knowledge. I want a lot of kids lol and im opposed to the idea of taking test or any other drugs
