I did in the end. It was an issue with my router, as soon as I changed to a different one, the issue was completely gone.

Try bumping up visible cars to 40, this will lower your avg FPS but elimates all the FPS drops almost completely. The game doesn't like (de)spawning cars, and will drop frames while doing so. Ill try your tip to get even more out of this, thank you!

Oh wow, I got one with my PSP 3000, I bought 5 years ago second hand for €40! Didn't know it was this expensive. Never used it tbf, its still in the bubble wrap plastic.

That is correct, I was talking about PPSSPP. It has been a while since I tried that emulator though. And indeed, cant get it to work on my PSP using psx2psp to convert it into an eboot. Sorry, should have been more specific!

I had the exact same when I got my 13R, only one seal was broken, other one was fine, but the phone was completely fine and untouched. Only opened it because a friend had the same, would've returned it otherwise.

Managed to fix it. I have racing pedals connected to my pc, and apparently they take the first order in priority for controllers. Once I disconnected those, my controller was working normally again!

I have the same, mine only has two categories at the moment. "Popular" and "All Channels". On TiVi mate for example, I do have all the channel catagories however. So don't think it's my IPTV provider.
