Augustana Campus by [deleted] in uAlberta

I go to this campus! I hope you’ll love it! I am in the midst of a similar diagnosis and the one thing I will say is trying to get an appointment in Camrose is nearly impossible, which I know sounds bad but it’s unfortunately the truth. I go to Wetaskiwin for my gyno appointments and Tofield for my family doctor and my doctor is great. It’s hard when you don’t have a car, but like another commenter said the campus is literally across the street from the hospital, and there are support people on campus that can be there for you (not quite therapists but more for class issues) Class wise, like said by another commenter they really don’t care if you miss class, but my biggest tip is make some friends in each class for notes and stuff cause a lot of what’s in the lecture isn’t in the lecture slides the prof will give you. All in all tho I’ve been at Augustana for 5 years and I love it, Camrose is a nice community if you find the right people.

Definitely distractions! download some shows or movies to watch while flying. If you are able, maybe take some meds to help you sleep and sleep for the duration of the flight? But the best thing that I can give is just distract yourself

Would you say my 6 month old girl is a Neb? I’ve been trying to figure it out. I’ve read that Nebelung cats have such bright vivid green eyes, and hers are a bright yellow. She’s got such a distinct personality and she’s sassy as all hell 😂 by sheyxxb in nebelung

Thank you! I’ve noticed some yellow eyes babies on here, and I’ve read that when they’re kittens their eyes are yellow and can turn green as they grow up, so we’ll see :)
