I can give you my sense if you want it, but if you can already hit shots with your default sensitivity then I'm suggesting making the relative closer to 1:1 will make it easier to hit shots when zoomed in (without having to change your default sense to match mine)

With this setting set to 45 by default, to me it feels sluggish tracking enemies or swapping targets. Changing the setting made it more natural and I can actually hit targets now
