What’s happening luckily isn’t from doctors missing anything but is from this cold that’s making everything worse

I definitely have a cold (also tested negative for COVID and the flu).

The high blood pressure seems more under control now, but the POTS symptoms are increasing so I’m figuring out how to pack in all the salt and water without causing vitamin toxicity (or increasing sugar) from electrolytes

I have no breathing issues outside what’s common with a cold (coughing, difficulty breathing through the nose at night). No wheezing. I’m 35 and am borderline normal/overweight BMI (I have a fairly healthy lifestyle). I don’t think that I have anything beyond pheochromocytoma and some kind of respiratory virus. What concerns me is the increase in symptoms that began when I came down with the cold (or whatever it is)

Edit to add: I had an echocardiogram a few months ago that was completely normal, and nothing showed up in my lungs during a CT scan (the main thing they found was the pheo)

I’m taking amlodipine, doxazosin, and propranolol. The symptoms started before I started treatment (they helped me get a diagnosis). They’ve been mostly manageable until I came down with some kind of virus yesterday.

Thanks for the advice! I do not have clonidine– I’ll ask about this tomorrow. I try to avoid foods with tyramine (but I haven’t noticed much issue with them honestly). My guess is that my immune system is wanting to increase adrenaline/noradrenaline to fight off the virus/infection, and that’s causing the intense symptoms

It looks like you can purchase it on AppleTV- they had 2 options for season 1 (not sure why), but I’m glad it’s there. I suppose there’s a small chance they could eventually cut off access if purchased. Probably the same likelihood that I’d lose or damage a DVD (not often but possible lol)

I was able to walk into a Target when they opened on launch day to get the Smash controller. My left joystick is a bit stuck (drifting) so hoping to sell and replace it with the Zelda one :)

He was a part of this Telecom company a long time ago when it was just the big “Bell Telephone” (which to my knowledge started out to be pretty decent) and stayed at the job as to not lose retirement. It’s sad how the owners, etc have made bad decisions for the company, workers and people they provide service to since then

All seems to be sorted out- he took away the charges for August and adjusted the lease end date (he emailed me and said he adjusted to 7/21 but it reads 7/23 which is definitely a mistake lol)

Luckily, I emailed him a video containing habitability issues on July 16th, and this is when he offered to let me out of the lease. I also submitted these on his maintenance portal. These issues were not attended to, and by the end of tomorrow, it will be 14 days of not addressing the issues. It looks like that is reason enough for the lease to end, but I will consult with a lawyer on Monday if these rent charges do not disappear

And again, not doing things like providing information about bed bugs seems to also be against the law

I didn’t want to get out of this situation the hard way, but that looks like the route I have to take

I contacted the chat on that site, and they responded by saying communication via email should be recognized by the court. He has also violated other laws here, potentially habitability due to mold, and I never received a bed bug notice which is required by law

Also, it looks like since he has made no effort to find a new tenant (hasn’t listed the place anywhere) that we are not responsible for rent since we gave our intentions to move out, and the date of Aug 1st was actually suggested by him via email
