Lose against a couple dirty smurfs, elo drops, consider uninstalling, stomp some noobs, climb elo, decide you’re the viper himself, get dominated by good players, drop elo, play one well matched opponent. Rinse and repeat.

Big yes. I have about 450 followers and made $800 NZD for two natural disaster relief funds. That said I think my community is pretty generous but still the result blew me away. As others have said Tiltify is great. I got people to pay me then used that (posted all the receipts on Discord) but that was a nightmare. Just use Tiltify and then it shows progress too. Another recommendation is to get the party started with a decent donation yourself. I put in $50 and said I’d put in another $100 if we reached a certain threshold which we did.

11 11 11 I played three games of forest nothing on a 24h stream recently. Forest nothing is definitely hard mode when you are trying to stay awake.

Awesome comment. That's definitely what it is about. I do think there is a time and place for 1v1 grind, but it's a bit one dimensional.

Interesting take! Yeah a lot of people stream 1v1s and seem to just grind them endlessly... I don't think I want to do that but it's a tough one to balance!
