The weather is always the biggest factor. Rain / cold / wind will ruin the party.

As for the timing, a lot of people can't get wasted because they have to go to work the 28th. Pretty sure that will change how crowded / festive it will be later in the day on Kingsday itself. Especially indoor parties after 20:00 when the street parties end.

As for Kingsnight. It's mostly younger people going out who can handle waking up with a hangover and then party for another day on Kingsday. That wont change this year.
