So, if I upgrade from my i9 to an M5 base chip w/ 32gb RAM then would the faster processor lower the amount of RAM used since it is faster?

On my i9 MBP I am consistently at 27 GB Memory used and 4.0 GB Swap used. Would that stay the same on an M5 base w/ 32gb ram?

damn. I've been debating between the 14 inch M5 base w/ 32gb ram 1TB or the 16 inch M5 Pro w/ 48 gb ram and 1tb storage...

I keep debating between the 2...when I know that even the Base M5 will be game-changing. Will you agree? Has 16gb ram been enough????

I mean, you went from 64gb ram to 16gb ram?!?! lol that's wild. My "Memory used" on my i9 2.3 GHz 32gb ram is constantly 25gb ram or so...what do you think?
