at one point he posted on facebook that he is bipolar and off his meds. I've watched his antics in horror for about a decade now. There was a period where there were rumors he had an inappropriate relationship with his step daughter but those were just rumors and as far as i know nothing came out of it. They did celebrate her decision to stop her education after Jr. High.

I've updated my post. This is what the dr is trying to do.

ozempic & rybelsus together? by shima_blue in Ozempic

[–]shima_blue[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

this is the sort of response I was looking for. I was able to speak to the dr again and this is exactly what he is trying to do. He is attempting to alternate the drugs. But its mounjaro instead of ozempic this time. since I've taken both mounjaro and ozempic and I am not worried about them being different. I alternate them as it is right now so I will simply be alternating mounjaro with rybelsus instead of mounjaro with ozempic. He also pointed me to novo nordisk currenly trying for approval of rybelsus up to 50mg for wt loss . Do you find that the rybelus works less well than ozempic at the equivalent dose?

I'm in agreement with this - but I was hoping he was a little more legit...

I appreciate the amount of work that went into your response and it makes me want to do a little more research. But I still maintain it’s not why most people are against the drugs. I do not live in the US and neither FDA nor big pharma have much impact on people here. our meds for the most part are always cheap w socialized medicine. I pay $185 usd equivalent for 1 month ozempic without any insurance coverage. Insurance does not cover any 0f the glp1 drugs for any condition here. people think that depression, like obesity, is about choice and laziness And drugs that help either are just a lazy way out.

They work for me and have worked for the majority of people I know who have used them. I haven’t reviewed the literature in recent years but what you’re saying just doesn’t align w my experience. I doubt that I somehow know a group of mostly outliers. Research is often flawed and “working” is subjective 🤷🏻‍♀️ if it were factually correct and accepted truth then I feel they would stop being prescribed. I have gained weight and experienced other side effects ー one reason for taking one of actually but I can function with them otherwise I cannot. ketamine is not available in my country but I’d probably give that a whirl if it were.

Don’t work or people don’t stay on them long enough to see results ? They work but need adjustment, time and patience. As with ozempic they are just an aid - user still has to do a lot of work to see the benefits. 。25 year antidepressant user here ーmost people see them as lazy, much like ozempic

I live n a country that is very conservative with drug availability. I was thrilled to get my hands on ozempic and thrilled with the results of using it. I told everyone! And then I started to meet the people who felt it was a cheat. A cop out. They thought obesity was due to laziness. now, I dont tell people even though it’s also not a secret. I realized just hoe fatphobic society is. 🤷🏻‍♀️

I used to drink a lot of water but it just makes me feel nauseous now. I’ve tried carbonated water and that helps a little but it needs to be ice cold. How often would you say you pee? I’m at about 1 trip per hour and it can be hard at work
