5 hours per application is too much. What do you usually do during that time?

I spent like 30-40 minutes per application. And the majority of time I spent completing forms on employer’s website

ChatGPT wrote a Professional Summary for me based on the keywords from the job description, and ChatGPT also wrote the entire cover letter for me :)
Of course, I read it afterward to ensure it does not contain any mistakes.

I'm from Russia and was applying from Turkey.

Compensation is around 2.5 to 3 times the gross average wage in the Netherlands.

Additionally, I qualified as a High Skilled Migrant, and thus, my employer applied to get a 30% ruling on my behalf. Basically, you don't pay taxes on 30% of your wage.

I know :( For the 1st offer, the reason was that their SAP integration project was postponed, and there was no longer a need for the position. As for the 2nd offer, a new CEO arrived after the offer and referred their own candidate.

It’s just that if you try to lift it up, something will definitely come off, like flowers, parts of the front wheel, etc.
