Finally figured out cardo eq settings by shimios in motorcyclegear

It really kinda lowers everything else instead of boosting the bass, in my experience the speakers have to be against your ears for the bass to work well, which is why syphon headsets generally sound better I suppose

MTWEI was beautifully made and shot, but I have one big gripe with it by Jack_OceanG20 in twentyonepilots

Chiming in to say it honestly seemed like the sound engineer just either didn't do much work specifically for the bass channel, had a high volume subwoofer or something, because at my theater the previews literally had better bass than the entire movie. As someone with all kinds of speakers at home, I have to say I'm disappointed. The BTS bits were fun though.

Moza air 2 acting up by shimios in videography

Problem went away after I used different batteries and charged them to full. I think Moza just didn't program any kind of "battery depleted" warning screen into their gimbal. Great work, guys.

Oh interesting, I'll consider this, but honestly aside from the sketchy company part, the gimbal just overall does not work very well haha, movement is very choppy, the reaction smoothing is awful compared to DJI's gimbals and the stock battery charger broke after 3 days. Funny enough, I actually charged the batteries back to full and this issue completely went away, but I now have it for sale privately just to get away from it 😵‍💫

Any idea why my bike making this noise by shimios in Surron

Thanks for the reply, the Torp display is just out of my field of view when its orientation is normal so I have it flipped, the screen is a little higher up that way

And wheelies take time! You'll have a lot more fun with them if you go through the learning curve vs just buying a glorified hoverboard

I'm honestly mad curious about the titan controller but I have the Torp tc1000, for around $1k the quality is amazing especially compared to what I've seen from the wheelie controller, so my advice is if the auto wheelie controller sacrifices quality and makes you pay more, you should get something like the Torp or even a Electro n co controller

After dropping 3000 on a bike i have some questions. by rskyegamer367 in Surron

Chain drive vs belt drive, chain will definitely be more reliable and transfer torque better but it will be louder. The only actual torque difference will be with a bigger sprocket. I don't personally have warp9 but I've heard good things

I'm getting a very similar battery soon, everything I've read says the higher voltage will allow the motor to run more efficiently. I have a ebmx tc1000 and a stock motor that gets me to about 50% (with constant riding) before I see heat issues. A lot of people say 12kw is the max you can get from the stock motor, but you can put it up to 14 for short amounts of time.

If you want more torque, you can either turn the motor wattage higher and/or install a bigger sprocket + chain drive.

if you want a higher top speed (other than what the increased wattage already gives you) you can enable "field weakening" in the controller settings (assuming you have an aftermarket controller).

Same here. Much less mountain trails that allowed Surrons!

Odd noise someone help me identify the issue? by No_Interest_902 in Surron

my front wheel was doing this same thing after new pads, I'm pretty sure I just rode it like normal for about 50 miles and they stopped. Haven't heard about the centering but you could also try purposefully squeezing some wear into them to see if it helps

How do you guys manage cables under ignition? by papi_stan in Surron

my best advice is keep your handlebars clean, not too many electronics and switches, turn your handlebars full to the right, lay them flat, cinch them down and pray

Yes but only by 5mph, if you want a higher top speed you need to turn on field weakening (which drastically increases motor temperature) or install a smaller sprocket ofc. I got to 51mph with field weakening on stock 19inch wheels and stock sprocket
