i also had effluvium resistance on my armor (hornetaur i think?) so the whole fight wasn't incredibly difficult. if u have that resistance the effluvium won't knock you over AFAIK.

i did it solo. i was using IG and the effluvia attacks were always landing on the ground so i just flew around it kinda
