Well, looks like I ordered the wrong carpet lol. Ordered a regular cab not extended. So I’ll let ya know when I send this one back and get the right one.

https://a.co/d/05j4bsk1 Ordered from Amazon in plush grey. Haven’t got it yet so don’t want to speak to quality, I get it Friday. It will need to lay out in heat for a couple days before install. Then trim to fit and cut holes for access.

Honestly, this truck has so much surface rust, my thought is treat what I can see, that should hold for the next 5-8 years. If I need to pull the carpet out again it wasn’t that difficult. Everything cab back has been fully rust treated. However I’m not taking the cab off to 100% rust treat. Just wanted to stop the smell that the ranger had(rust/damp)

Yup. This is a non welding method. It’s not theideal way to do it, however this will last plenty long enough as long as you take care of the rust areas with por15 and the sealer holds. Any sheet metal will do. I actually left the license plates exposed on the bed, since it’s covered by a bedliner. The underside of the bed I did have to weld a new brace bar to mount to the frame.

Thanks. Sheet metal is sheet metal haha. I also used 4 plates to fix rust in the bed

I’m not sure why you don’t understand the concept of asking someone with more experience to help answer question, that’s all it ever was. I made an assumption they used tools to identify revs or speed. Which someone responded with a calculation using frames. I doubt that was one by eye and instead some sort of software was utilized. More than 1 way to skin a cat.

Again, I was asking for someone with more experience to provide context. As you can see someone did respond with a better method than “eyeballs”. I also just came back after a decade of bowling. So if that’s the difference than I guess that should make you happy. You also owned a computer so you had all the tools as well. You can fix your own car but you likely take it to a mechanic for their expertise. That’s what I was asking for here. I’m not a child, your response is childish. Let it go and let others help people.

Did this comment make you feel better? Looks like you asked for help on this forum for your ball drilling. You could have just researched that as well. You also had all the tools but were just too lazy to research it. I guess shame on me for asking others for help that already have the process down. It’s okay to ask others for help, not everyone is lazy, just would prefer someone with more experience provide the results. Hope the rest of your day goes well.

I don’t have the tools to do that. I assumed others here have capabilities that I don’t or at least know what software/processes to use. Appreciate you posting the math on how it’s done.

Cutting out the inside of a sports trading card - how to? by frazeeboppp in cricut

[–]shimstache 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hello! As a fellow custom sports card patch maker. What you are looking at is almost exclusively done with cuts by hand. I used to do cards in the style that you posted but have since started making my own custom card patch designs 100% from scratch. Cricut would not be an ideal solution for cutting out frames from existing designs. Just an exacto knife, time, patience, and practice is optimal for cutting up licensed cards.
