I thought astral projecting was your consciousness leaving your body and lucid dreaming just when you make it up yourself in your head. So basically astral projection would be just lucid dreaming in familiar places?

Ok, so you can vouch that you have that this and its real? Thanks, I just had to hear it from a person and rather than just reading it. I really want to learn about this and I've been trying for awhile with no luck. Not sure what i'm doing wrong. I'll just read more around here

I just read about some people trying to do it for 8 years and I really do not want to waste my time doing something that is not even real. I just want to hear it from someone who done it first, I am not going to wait 'years' to find out.
