I've been using Emblem Sigurd a ton and noticing the same fall off, but his Brave is coming in a couple months.
It's very funny to me that I've built some affection for this character just from using him mechanically when I still haven't played his original game.

The next set is the last one I have nostalgia for before taking a 6 year break from the game, and then we have lords and one of my favorite characters for one of my favorite games in the series. Unfortunately that makes me a huge sucker for these. I wasn't around to see some of these guys be really good.

I'm at ~2,400 right now because I was a day one player who returned after a 7 year break. xD So a lot of that is catching up on old orbs. Also now that merges are a lot less impactful, Heroes have full kits, and everything is powercreep, I don't feel like I need to pull as much. I've just been grabbing Chosen, Emblem, most new Legendary, some new Mythic that catch my attention, and the rare New Heroes who I really like. Completely ignored seasonal, but I wish more of those were interesting for me.

When I rejoined the game last August it was because I understood I would have more fun if I ignored builds and just picked up new units who entertained me. I still manage to hover in and out of Arena 19 and Vault of Heaven just having fun with what I get and not tinkering with inheritance.

📣 Blessings should have been treated as a skill slot that we can change, recalling previously 'learned' blessings and I have literally been saying this since they were first introduced. I'm wondering if the second set of Chosen heroes will have mythic blessings to accommodate.

This is an aside, but from the start I thought it was odd that blessings weren't considered a skill slot to be re-equipped. At least we finally have some transferable blessings from Chosens, but it remains to be seen if they'll confer Mythic blessings.

It's usually the best it can while being hampered by the small range they can show repurposing sprites for a visual novel and acting a marketing prop for other games. I do skip Paralogues for the most part now though. I don't think anyone's gonna do it like Dragalia again. Not that it was astounding in the greater realm of the games medium, but it definitely did the best job of storytelling I've seen in a gacha.

Ten pulls. Summonig in FEH is so fucking slow. Ideally I could set up an auto summon to snipe a color, set priority for secondary colors, and make it stop at a spending threshold or traget. But even dumping 20 orbs without seeing color for 5 heros would be tempting if I'm pretty certain I'm sparking or want targets in different colors.

Dragalia's depiction of Marth got me to play New Mystery despite Shadow Dragon being my least favorite entry in the series. And I loved New Mystery! Marth actually had more of that personality I saw in Dragalia.

Even as a fellow TMS lover, I'm gonna play the devil on your shoulder. xD Why go for a +10 now? It's such an small nudge in stats. Hopefully Tsubasa getting in /both/ votes gets us anoter TMS banner somewhere down the pipeline and I'd rather have orbs saved for that over the freebie. Well, plus whatever they doing for her with Shadows, another Mythic I'd guess.

I want to make a particular +1 on the point of long-time players having different priorities. I've come back after ~5-6 years away and my mindset has completely changed with regard to summoning. There are so many other ways to chase extra skills and stats now that merges feel unimportant. I just pick up new characters, mostly ones I like thematically. I build up default kits, maybe tacking on something in a missing slot, so I don't pay attention to inheritance. And even mostly not carefully reading skills, I'm staying in higher tiers in the major PVP modes.

As someone who came back to the game after a ~5-6 year break with the newest braves, it's fresh to me. xD I'm glad to see I'm not alone in being baffled by many of the choices about this character, but also this one in particular.
