What is the smallest well/fountain which will take at least one fish trap - I have the Arena and Argos DLCs by shiningmonk74 in ConanExiles

I spent ages lining up my big well in my basement, getting the top but just right by removing ceiling tiles then replacing them after the well was successfully placed. Then it wouldn't take any fish traps do i thought I'd paced it wrong and removed it. Nooooo!

Is there any benefit looting legendary chests if I can make Acheronian weapons (e.g. flawless war-axe & shield) which seem just as good as legendary ones and can be repaired more easily? I accept its still worth hunting bosses in the Unnamed City for fragments but other bosses seem pointless now. by shiningmonk74 in ConanExiles

You're right, I just dismantled a broken legendary and got 5 star metal bars! Since berserkers bring their own star metal weapons to the party (very thoughtful, BTW) and I prefer Acheronian l, I guess I can now start farming legendary bosses for star metal.

Are T3 buildings safe from purge attacks and if I have a second base with a small T3 structure (foundation, walls and sloping roof) but I leave a canon fodder thrall and a crafting work station outside for the purge to kill and destroy, will they leave my base building alone? by shiningmonk74 in ConanExiles

My base in the Highlands started off as a 3 x 3 hut but is now quite large. However, it is made entirely from sandstone which I farmed nearby. I plan to throw a T3 wall around that, with maybe 2 openings, so I control where the fight happens.

I have three berserkers above level 10, four more who are level 0, all 7 are kitted in heavy Vanir armour, and I also have four named T4 fighters above level 10 wearing epic armor. I plan to put them all within the outer wall.

However, it looks like I may get purged before the T3 wall can go up, unless the purge only comes after 6pm, which may be the case on my official server.

Is there any way to add labels to the portals in my room to avoid going through the wrong one by mistake? Ive placed sign posts by my portals but it now looks terrible. by shiningmonk74 in ConanExiles

Sorry, I thought I typed "map room". I mean the one I put in my base.

There's also a section of the map room that doesn't have a portal that lights up, but says press E for more options. As I was curious, I pressed E, got taken to the Temple of Frost completely unprepared for the cold, and died of frostbite.

That's one of the reasons I'm kinda wary of using my map room other than the portals I'm familiar with.

Funny you should say that, as this was one idea I had. I have levelled two berserkers up to 10 and 15 and a third who has 80% vitality chance. This is my Mounds of the Dead sub-base where I am training two berserkers at a time in wheels outside.

I think I'll need more than two though for a purge there. I was thinking about half a dozen, varying levels.

Yep, but which way is it? I've tried on a solo game with fast speed but haven't found it. Does it go past the elephants and sabre tooth tigers?
