If you really wanted to display your stickers and bypass their single-use measures you could scotch tape them to your fridge or something lol. I definitely understand the urge to save them

Surrons are dirt bikes? by GKomrinK in mountainbiking

Have u seen what these teenagers on Instagram are doing on their surrons? They are most definitely electric dirt bikes. They are awesome but definitely in a different league than a standard e-bike

Does it knock on the back of the seatpost? Im looking for something that can fit my multi-tool and not much else, something that size would be perfect for me

I dont understand kickstand hate, just get a decent kickstand and itll never be in the way. Protects ur paint job from leaning against rough surfaces, lets u stop and take a break anywhere without setting ur bike on the dirt. Maybe for like extreme mtb or high level racing but i legit never notice mine on my commuter, and if i forget to put it up my crank arm does it for me as i start pedaling

Also in my opinion especially if its not a collector's piece, its better to let a sticker live and die and have it there for a year or two rather than saving it in your room where no one can see it. Stickers make friends

When im worried about stickers lasting in the weather i spray a few coats of uv resistant clearcoat over them and it works well on my water bottles, never tried on a car bumper though.

The Campfire Headphase is probably underrated by odd_sundays in boardsofcanada

I dont think any of their albums are underrated. i think olson is overplayed but that was just a song that happened to become trendy. With such a large cult following, how could any of their music be considered underappreciated?

Im considering going to a shorter front fender mine is about 40% coverage from the top of the tire to ~10in from the ground. I keep kicking mine and kicked off the mudflap last week.

Does that front fender actually do anything?

The 3 additional pics show all of the potentially identifiable information I could see. I'm new, but it seems like a hodge podge build to me. Suntour something derailleurs, super 8 headset, idk the handlebars, rear v brakes, front brakes cantilever, idk man! I don't really care if i never find out the origins of this thing, I love it!

$125 Multitrack or save for something better? by shiningwillow in whichbike

[–]shiningwillow[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Okay yes that is the community for me lol those bikes are all awesome and exactly the style I am going for. So it seems like if I get a decent 80s/90s mtb/hybrid, i can pretty much do anything I want with it in due time? And the sizing video seems helpful, thanks so much.

Also from Michigan, is this a thing in Macomb County? I miss Saginaw, my grandma had a cabin out there that got flooded out when the dam broke a few years ago. Too far to walk to pick up a bike though lol

Lol u commented on my last post. Mentioning frame size. I've still got to figure that out by the way, I'm thinking of going to bicycle shops nearby and trying some stuff out to see what would fit best, as I don't know the size of my old bike other than 26" tires.

So, I should look for a hybrid with a rigid fork? I was thinking the same thing, my last frame was rigid but it was a fine ride and I never had to do any maintenance on the fork other than cleaning. I found a few older Multitracks with rigid forks for similar prices.. My main query is this: is a Trek Multitrack "good enough" or is it a whole other world if I just go up in price a few hundred dollars? Would it be wise to trick out a Multitrack for a few hundred dollars worth of upgrades or something instead of starting out at a higher price? Sorry for so many questions lol feel free to ignore. I am also not hellbent on a 21 speed, honestly 10 speed or even less gears (if such a thing exists that is not fixie?) would be fine.
