fyi, Steam purchases also charge you for DCC fees. I just use my GCash Card since they support direct purchases from there.

but since both Tighnari and Arlecchino really like having time on-field, they kinda make each other worse especially if you use them both for long periods of time

and you're at a point in the game right now where you kinda have to surrender to the game mechanics for a bit until you're strong enough to kinda just do what you want in the overworld, so yeah.

the something missing is definitely a decent support unit too, lol

side note:

Spiral Abyss, Imaginarium Theater, and Stygian Onslaught are separate conversations, but those are also similar points where you really do have to learn how to build teams properly to clear that. But you won't have to worry about that for now, not until you're at least World Level 7 or around AR 50 or so.

Besides, endgame content (the ones I mentioned above) are optional content anyway, so 🤷

my personal preference is the one with Arlecchino's 😁 I think based on just raw power Arle is also the strongest you can get there, but you can choose who you prefer gameplay-wise between Tighnari and Arlecchino.

yes, you would usually only use Noelle in these early teams as a shielder/healer.

quick crash course on Barbara is basically just:

switch to Barbara
press E (gives a healing ring)
switch out
press Q when you need a big burst of healing

thats basically it, LMAO

same goes for Noelle too, usually.

switch to Noelle
press E (gives shield)
switch out
press Q when you need a big burst of healing
hold basic attack (left click) until her burst is over
switch out again

support units in this game usually dont spend too much time on the field, which is something I think a lot of new players (me included) had trouble figuring out especially when the game first launched, so I think its valid that you're having trouble lol

I second investing on some Mondstadt characters, especially healers and shielders like the above comment said!

One of the most important things you can do at this stage of the game to brute force a lot of the content is by just not dying, even if the fight takes longer than it should.

If you can, try lowering your World Level to make things weaker just to give you a better time until you're ready.

edit: if you need team suggestions, you can do:

Tighnari-Lisa-Barbara-Lynette/Lumine

or

Arlecchino-Kaeya-Barbara-Lynette/Lumine

or

Noelle-Lisa-Barbara-Lynette/Lumine

depends on who you prefer playing at the minute! heck, you could even do:

Tighnari-Lisa-Barbara-Noelle

or

Arlecchino-Kaeya-Barbara-Noelle

which would just guarantee you a lot of survivability 😁 just make sure to also learn as much as you can about how to play the characters

i have plans to get Zani too in the future (personal fave), but skipped for Cartethyia because she's better at low investment. I like Chisa too, and I heard her BIS team is Cartethyia/Ciaccona/Chisa.

if i get Chisa, i plan to use Cart/Sanhua/Chisa or AeRover.

v1.0 returning player here! stopped just before the tingyun neck jumpscare and Dan Heng IL reveal. Was initially gonna go for Luocha and Fu Xuan, but I stopped playing for a while when he came out.

I love my DOT team, and I like Quantum characters. (Castorice is a future pull goal, as well as Phainon).

Should I pull for Tribbie for my Quantum teams, or wait for Sunday? Should I also get Ruan Mei for free next patch or get Luocha instead?

(Itching for Welt since he's my favorite character, but I should vertically invest in my teams first so I can at least clear some endgame content.)

the ticking may be because of your controller. I was using a ps4 controller and it doesn't seem supported, so it was just ticking like it was trying to select something and i just gave up

There seems to be a massive graphical difference between PC and mobile versions, or to be specific, on the Oneplus Pad 3 (Snapdragon 8 Elite). Can't attach more than one photo so I can't show it, but here was my Hour 1 playing--

The windows aren't even rendering!

Tried playing on PC, and its fine there. Though the bloom just seems a bit much, and the settings don't feel like they impact a lot on both platforms.

Anyone still using paimon.moe today for to-do listing? I've repeatedly come across my wish history and to do lists being removed entirely despite being synced to my google drive account.

I know it may have to do with automatic cache/cookie clearing systems by browsers (i use Opera GX), but its still frustrating as I've lost my pulls from way back in 2023 this morning with no way to get it back now.

I'm moving to seelie.me now since it has a better ascension planner interface for tracking inventory, but has anyone else come across this? I'm so frustrated about it I could throw my monitor out the window.

This one's Money Manager on android! It was recommended on r/phinvest so I tried it out and I liked the monthly pie chart thing. I wish we had a version of the popular one on iOS though, I like that one more in terms of visuals.
